Steven SpielbergFilmmaker, director and producer Steven Spielberg was born on December 18, 1946 in the small town of Cincinnati, Ohio, in the family of professional pianist and an electrician. Stephen went to school in a remote provincial town of Phoenix (Arizona), where the family moved soon after his birth. At age 12, Stephen first time takes part in the contest of amateur films, giving the jury a 40-minute tape "Escape to Nowhere" (1960) - the tale of the war. The tape, where took part sisters and parents of young director won the contest. Both father and mother of the young talent in every way, tried to provide good support for the son hobby. Another short film "Emblin", filmed in 1968, attracted attention producers from the "Universal" studio, where Stephen was soon hired. At the studio he was involved in the shooting of various films and serials. Ribbon "The Sugarland Express" (1974), which received warm reviews of the audiences and critics, was the directorial debut of Steven Spielberg on the big screen. But the universal recognition and worldwide fame after director gets on the screen in 1975, the legendary movie "Jaws," for several years, holding the record for box office. Another superhit, released on the screen, less than two years later, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977)” definitively establishes the rank of Spielberg's greatest film directors of our time. To date, only a failure, the most commercially successful director in the history of Hollywood, remains his painting "1941" flop in 1979. In 1982, screens out tape "ET", which became a business card producer for a whole generation of viewers. The most profitable year for the director rightly considered to be 1993, this year, is known by two superhits, the first - "Jurassic Park" (1993) became the most grossing film of those years with more than a billion dollars rolling. Soon the screens out, and brought the director, two long-awaited Oscar nominations in the "Film of the Year" and "Best Director" - "Schindler's List", collected a total of seven statuettes. His ability to shoot one hundred percent hits director confirmed not one dozen films. In the eighties, one of those hits was the motion picture about the adventures of Indiana Jones with Harrison Ford in the starring role. People say: "The film can shoot everyone, but only Steven Spielberg can make a masterpiece out of it", so many actors do not hesitate to agree to appear in his films, asking about fees at the last turn. It is only thanks to Spielberg actors are divided into two camps, those who worked with him and those who only dream about it. Rest on our laurels director, of course, is not going to. Films:Interstellar (2013), he Talisman (2012), Real Steel (2011),True Grit (2011), Cowboys and Aliens (2011), The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn (2011), Hereafter (2010), The Pacific (2010), Untitled Steven Spielberg Pilot (2010), When Worlds Collide (2010), The Trial of the Chicago 7 (2010), The Lovely Bones (2009), Harry and the Hendersons (1987), Empire of the Sun (1987), Three O`Clock High (1987), An American Tail (1986), The Money Pit (1986),The Goonies (1985), Young Sherlock Holmes (1985), Back to the Future (1985), Amazing Stories (1985-1987), Fandango (1985), The Color Purple (1985), Gremlins (1984), Twilight Zone: The Movie (1983), The Extra-Terrestrial (1982), Poltergeist (1982), Continental Divide (1981), Used Cars (1980), I Wanna Hold Your Hand (1978)
